I’m sure by now you’ve heard of the latest buzz on the supposed hacking of Paris Hilton’s Sidekick. And after viewing a few of these websites and the purported information offered from this tech gadget, I was utterly suprised that this information actually appers to legit.
It’s a very scary premise for all those contacts on the device, as well as users of such gadgetry as well. It’s amazing how quickly such information can and was spread to all corners of the connected world. Sadly, I think we’ve only begun as can also be attested to in the Choicepoint data leakage as well.
You’d think the idiots that hold all this sensitive data would place a little higher value on such data, but I highly doubt that they care when someone gets their identity stolen, it’s not their fault!
It’s too bad that all those contacts on Ms. Hilton’s Sidekick have probably already changed their numbers and/or disassociated themselves from her, as I wouldn’t mind asking , oh say, Lindsay Lohan how’s things are going in her career. 🙂

It’s been mysterious lately in the skys over Gaylord. Seems that alot of the military’s planes have been on the move. It’s quite odd to hear the sound of an aircraft so low to the ground, I’m reckon they’re less than a 1,000 feet up. They almost seem to touch the treetops at times too. I assume that’s the height they’re allowed to fly at, but I thought there were regulations on how low planes can legally be. Who knows, they’re the military.
I’ve almost always noted the north-east to south-west route, probably ‘The Cities’ to Sioux Falls, etc. But I’ve also noticed a trend lately from south-east to north-west, headed towards Fargo perhaps. Who knows?
Anywho, it’s quite a spectacle. Cattle are always crazy after getting buzzed by gigantic metal flying birds, so it’s kind of a hassle, no so much as the crop dusters, but that’s another story. I’m sure something’s up though, why else would there be so much movement in the matter of a few days? You have been warned.

Was trolling the Internet, searching for things on the new MSN search site and put in a search for good ol’ Gaylord,Mn. Somewhat suprised to see the city’s website at the top of the ranking, but hey that’s good for them.
The listing even had current news of new mayor, so I clicked through to the site. First thing to notice is new site design. The first and most humorous image you see is a folksy image of a couple guys out in a fishing boat. Hilarious! If anyone knows a little something of Gaylord, it’s a fact that fishing like that does not take place anywhere near here. Even more amusing is the fact that the town’s gem Lake Titloe is a joke, similar to a toxic cesspool, even though there seems to be some constructive talk about changing things.
I realize the folksy photos were probably stock with the setup, but it may be of better interest to include something that better fits the town. I also like the tagline ‘Community, Agriculture, Industry’. It reminds me of the SimCity line of games where your main concerns were the Commerical, Residental and Industry segments of your town. Ah yes, innovativation reigns supreme.
