I’ve been interested in weblogs and now instead of ‘wasting’ whole entries on cool little sites or information I’ve come upon, I can just add things to my ‘side blog’ or link blog…. also available here. To view this handywork, please see sidebar to your right.
I garnered all my information from Elise’s Making a Sideblog or Linkblog entry. Her site has some other awesome tutorials as well!
Good stuff!

In reference to a previous post of mine, it seems that former citizens of Prussia and the eastern lands of Germany have annouced a demand for reparations from Poland after being expelled from their homes following World War II. And suprise, suprise, the Polish government is none to happy about this and is demanding their own payments.
To be continued….

Not that I’ve ever been one to be attached to a cell phone or any other phone for that matter, I’ve been using a great source for cheap long distance calls for the past 3 years.
Onesuite.com
For $0.029 per minute, yes 2.9 cents, you sure can make a dollar stretch. Try talking for 33 minutes without feeling guilty over the bill on any other phone plan! I gather that they make their money off of keeping costs low by being based online and not wasting any money on marketing or advertising. They also buy up the line capacity that the bigger phone companies could never totally use and yet can make money off it by reselling it.
There is some setup time required before using and you will always have to dial an extra number before the number of your long distance contact, but the cost well makes up for it. But with all the wizmos on phones these days…. it’s easy to add it to memory dials or Rocket dials as we have on our home phone.
It’s amusing to confound those with callerID on their ends as well because it’ll show up as a calling card call, further masking you in secrecy

After browsing this guy’s weblog, I’m thinking I should be spewing forth earthmoving fountains of insite into the world and especially my corner of it. They say blogging is the new journalistic media, but what if it’s just a place to put forth yours thoughts without a care in the world if someone else would read it or find insight placed within.
