I find it amusing that a number of America’s prominent companies have chosen to screw over their customers. Finally customers are having their days in court. Sadly, at the current cost of trial lawyers, the hard fought money is being wasted.

Seems Paypal has finally settled with it’s class action suit that claims it suspended and denied users access to their own funds, saying they were doing it for security precautions! Luckily I’ve never had this problem with them, but it doesn’t sound like a pleasant experience.

Seems Microsoft is finally starting to settle most of it’s various suits with state governments as well for overpricing and conlusion on software bundling. How convenient that Minnesota settled with Microsoft before big numbers were thrown around! Well I’ll be happy to get some of that money too! It might be trickier to fill out this form completely.

And a few months ago I noted that I had actually recieved payment from the Music Industry for price fixing on CDs. Not bad, the check didn’t even bounce.

It’s funny that the ones making the loads of cash off the customers of these vilanous companies is the lawyers for ‘all their hard work’ and the defendants in these suits get to claim no wrong doing as well. Slaps on the wrist sure are painful it seems.

The average guy/gal gets screwed over on both ends…. so whats new?

Get yourself a piece of these pies…. before someone else does. It’s your right!
